According to the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, the average price of a house in New Zealand rose to $310,000 in June.
The small increase is in line with the consolidation the market has seen over the last nine months. The national median house price is nine percent higher than the figure of $284,500 a year ago.
Eight out of the New Zealand’s twelve regions reported price rises in June.
